Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit our Vancouver store for an immediate in-person return.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm it is in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
